الاستبدال و الاسترجاع

• يقبل الاستبدال او الاسترجاع خلال مدة ٣ ايام من تاريخ استلام المنتج.
• يتحتم على الزبون تحمل رسوم توصيل المنتج المستبدل المحددة على حسب موقع العميل.
• في حال الاسترجاع يتحتم على الزبون دفع رسوم عملية الاسترجاع المحددة على حسب موقع العميل.
• يجب على العميل الحفاظ على المنتج بحالته الاصلية مع توابعه.

Exchange and Return

- Exchange or return is accepted within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
- The customer must bear the delivery fees for the replaced product specified according to the customer's location.
- In the event of a return, the customer must pay the fees for the return process specified according to the customer's location.
- The customer must keep the product in its original condition with its accessories.
